Not sure which Mac you have?
Open the Apple menu → About This Mac. A line that says Chip: Apple M… means Apple Silicon. A line that says Processor: Intel… means Intel.
If your browser warns about the Windows download
Panscia for Windows is new, so Microsoft Edge may say the file "isn't commonly downloaded". In the Downloads panel choose the three dots, then Keep, then Keep anyway. The warning goes away as more people download it. The installer is signed and may ask once to add Microsoft's Visual C++ runtime, which search needs.
The Mac app is signed and notarized: open the disk image and drag Panscia to Applications. The Windows installer is signed: run it and Panscia opens when it finishes.
